Dean Fish Hatchery Clinic | The project scope consisted of a 175,000 square foot outpatient clinic. The Fish Hatchery Campus (FHC) redevelopment supports a growth and consolidation strategy providing the geographically needed central location along Fish Hatchery Road in Madison to concentrate specialty care. The FHC is a destination site for patients throughout the 18-county service area seeking medical and surgical specialty services. These specialties often include specialized services and higher acuity procedures that may not typically be performed in a clinic setting in other health systems.
The plumbing systems of the SSM Fish Hatchery Clinic consisted of a new combination fire/domestic service to the building with a metered domestic water service feeding a domestic booster system that supplies the building, sanitary/vent systems, grease waste system, storm water system, and domestic hot water system. A piped softener salt delivery system was utilized to convey salt at grade to the penthouse water softener system located in the penthouse mechanical room.
