Doing the job right, the first time
1901 Inc. designs, builds, installs and services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications. Since our inception, over 100 years ago in 1901, we have built a solid reputation on doing the job right, the first time.
Cutting Edge Technology
The latest computer estimating, job costing, scheduling and drafting systems ensure that we utilize every possible cost-saving measure and maximize the efficiency of our process and the systems we install. 3D drafting of mechanical systems, sending and receiving drawings and specs via email and staff dedicated to producing up-to-date O & M manuals make it possible for 1901 to keep all stakeholders well informed during planning and production phases.

High quality systems
We combine an old-fashioned devotion to good business practices, superior materials, quality workmanship and a youthful approach to conserving energy, cutting costs and improving efficiency. We take pride every day in completing high-quality projects on time and under budget. One hundred years of service has taught us that we can’t do work that withstands the test of time unless we use materials that will too. Our on-site fabrication and manufacturing facilities are the finest in the industry, helping us keep up with the material demands of any size project while controlling quality and costs.
As a union contractor, we have ongoing labor agreements with the steamfitters, plumbers, and sheet metal workers. These unions give us the manpower and training we need to provide staffing for projects of all sizes while providing world-class quality. We’re proud to currently employ 180 people and are projected to produce over $40+ million in annual sales.
